- Profile Information:
Includes your phone number, user ID and usernames for all of your wallets. It also includes an age for your children wallets.
- Device Information:
Includes your device ID, user data, information about your app usage, technical details about your device, and other data related to your app usage.
- Free Text:
Includes any text you provide in customer support inquiries, surveys, or comment fields. Also includes information that you send between users in the form of speach bubbles, savings goals and other functions in the app where free text can be entered and sent to another user.
- Transcation History:
Including your current balance, what type of coins and emojies you have and your full transaction history for all your accounts. Also includes weekly allowance amount and level of interest set for the different users in the family.
Processing, Purposes, Legal Basis, and Storage Time
- Service Delivery (Tjing App):
We process your Profile Information and Device Information to provide our service. The legal basis is the fulfillment of a contract. We retain this data as long as you use the app and delete it after two years of inactivity or upon termination of service.
- Customer Surveys:
To improve our app and gather user feedback, we conduct voluntary customer surveys. If you participate, we process your Profile Information, Survey Information, and Free Text. The legal basis is legitimate interest. Data is retained as long as relevant, up to three years.
- Product Development:
We analyze app usage for improvement, processing your Profile Information, Device Information, and Account Information. The legal basis is legitimate interest. Data is retained during active use and deleted after two years of inactivity.
- Research Collaborations:
To enhance our understanding of children's financial habits, we collaborate with research organizations. Data is pseudonymized or anonymized, with Profile Information, Device Information, and Account Information processed under legitimate interest. Data is retained for the duration of the research project, up to five years after completion.
- Marketing:
We may use your Profile and Device Information to send you marketing communications or create target groups for advertising on social media. You can opt out of these communications. The legal basis is legitimate interest. Data is retained until the campaign ends, with a maximum of three years.
- Social Media and App Stores:
We maintain pages on social media and app stores where you can leave comments or ratings. We process Profile Information you provide in these contexts under legitimate interest, retaining data for up to five years.
- Defense of Legal Rights:
To protect our legal interests, we may process your Profile, Device, and Account Information. We do this based on legitimate interest and may share data for legal or national security reasons. Data is retained as necessary, up to five years.
